Honolulu Club Team Training is a highly personal, and results-driven fitness program. With a max of 5 people per group, team training is an innovative, high energy environment that incorporates the motivation of group exercise classes with the tailored specificity closer to 1 on 1 personal training. Your personal trainer will coach your team through exercises on everything from rowers, bikes, cable systems, dumbbells, functional training, core and more. Draw from the energy of your group as you push yourself further than you believed possible.

**Team training is available for groups up to 5 people and occurs on a 3x/week training schedule.
