Aqua FitGet fit in the pool with gentle stretches followed with a strength and cardiovascular endurance workout without the impact on your joints.

Aqua NiaStep into your joyful journey with Aqua Nia, sensory-based movements that draws from martial arts, dance and healing arts. When performed in the water, it takes the element of gravity away, making it gentler on the joints. The practice of Aqua Nia is to empower participants of all and abilities by connecting the body, mind, and spirit.

Aqua YogaBring your yoga practice to the pool by taking the principles and movements of Yoga and adapting them to the thermal water environment. Hosted in our warm water pool, Aqua Yoga strengthens and tones the body and mind while relieving tension and re-energizing the body. By using rhythm of the breath an inner sense of relaxation can be achieved.

Aqua Zumba®Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic exercise. Known as the Zumba “pool party,” this class integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines.


Abs Glutes & Legs Blast- Blast calories while toning your glutes, arms and core with this fast paced, 55-minute class. This workout utilizes your own body weight and hand weights to tone, tighten and accent those crucial areas of your physique. Burn fat with aerobic and strength moves to achieve the body you’ve always wanted.

Cardio CoreThe strength of our limbs is limited by the strength of our core. This high intensity interval class will help build a solid foundation and a sculpted center.

Cardio KickKickboxing classes are very dynamic in addressing strength, cardio and flexibility through martial arts movements. Instructors challenge every fitness level while teaching proper form and technique.

HC Boot CampHonolulu Club meets Basic Training: varied by trainer, peak into the world of high-intensity interval training through a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises. This faster-paced class will train all major muscle groups and burn away the calories to keep you at your fittest…best of all no 4 year commitment required!

INSANITY® – INSANITY® uses MAX Interval Training, which replaces traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity movements. This class is broken into 3 blocks of cardio, core and plyometric intervals to push your body to its limit. Join us for an INSANITY® workout and DIG DEEPER!

Interval Craze- Jump into a crazy interval class with cardio and strength intervals with low and high impact exercises. Sprinkle a little core at the end and you have a full body workout that will give you that full body burn.

Kalorie Killer- This high intensity interval class is designed for improving overall body strength, endurance & muscle conditioning. It is specifically designed to kick your metabolism into high gear resulting in fat loss & generate an increase of lean muscle mass. Individual body weight, steppers, dumbbells & weight bars will be utilized.

KickBox- Cardio & Muscle conditioning- This class combines kick boxing moves and punches with cardio and strength and conditioning. The workout begins with basic kick boxing punches, then transitions to cardio and plyometric combos. Weights are also utilized for maximum strength gains and to get a full body workout.

RIPPED- This total body, high intensity style program, utilizes free weights resistance and body weight to get you into the best shape of your life. It masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.— Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance to train your entire body and deliver results.

StepGet your cardio on using the step by doing choreographed combinations to the beat of energizing music!

Strength & ConditioningStrength classes emphasize fun, form, and full-body fitness through resistance training exercises. You will learn proper alignment and technique for strength training while optimizing bone health.

SweatSweat is a faster paced, moderate to high-intensity total body conditioning class. This class is designed to improve overall body movement patterns through functional exercises. The goal is to increase all participants’ flexibility and balance, thereby increasing the long-term health of their joints.


StretchReduce stress and unwind with gentle stretches on the mat combined with breathing techniques and slow movements. This class is designed to lengthen muscles, increase flexibility and mobility to create a more balanced body.

Gentle Stretch- Similar to stretch, this class focuses on relaxation and gentle stretches primarily lying down. This is a great class for those recovering from injuries, new to stretching, and those looking for some R&R. All levels welcome!

The Fascianation Method®Alleviate the symptoms of common musculoskeletal ailments with Self-Myofascial Release This class will help you understand why you are aching and what you need to do to mitigate those chronic aches and pains! Improve your flexibility, posture, and circulation while learning about fascia. This is NOT a foam roller class. This class uses the Fascianator® roller and is available for purchase at the club logo shop!


CyclingMusic, cardio, camaraderie…come ride with us on our brand new studio cycling bikes! Cycling is a great, joint-friendly way to increase your heart rate and shed the pounds.

Cycle Revolution Anyone can be a CHAMPION in Cycle Revolution! Novice and expert riders will cycle towards success, by EXCEEDING their cycling goals through a structured strength and interval training program and leaving each class stronger than they started, both mentally and physically. Come out and CHAMPION your effort!

Cycle Core Come on in for the ride that will give you a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. Challenge your body with cardio intervals on the bike and strength moves off the bike. If you like to experience the “heat” of mixed intervals and plyometric training, this class is for you!

Express CycleAn intense 30-minute cycling class focused on cadence, heart-rate zones, climbs and sprints that are fun, challenging and designed to leave you drenched with sweat.

Rock n’ CycleCome and have fun on a challenging ride that includes sprint intervals and challenge climbs all with your favorite classic rock music.

Rev & Ride 50- Start your day off with a high energy 50 minute interval cycling workout followed with 10 minutes of core on the floor. From steep inclines to fast flats all set to rockin’ music that will motivate you to push yourself further than you ever thought you could go!


Booty Barre®Booty Barre® is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. This fun, energetic workout fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone and define your whole body. All levels are welcome, no dance experience needed!

Cardio Pilates- This class uses pilates based exercises that focus on full body movements to bring your heart rate up and make your muscles shake. This class utilizes body weight exercises, light hand weights and core exercises to create longer, leaner muscles!

Core Pilates Strength – Combining muscle conditioning and the core principles of body alignment this class delivers a core strength, muscular endurance, and lengthening Pilates workout. The result will leave your body feeling long, lean and incredibly defined.

Mat PilatesPilates is a method of movement that emphasizes mobility, stability and strength throughout the entire body by teaching core-centered, whole-body integrated movements.  Pilates teaches functional fitness and efficient movement patterns that can be integrated into athletic performance training as well as daily life.  Our Pilates classes utilize the stability ball and foam rollers to assist in training movement.


Ballet: Beginner/IntermediateLearn simple to advanced ballet techniques and choreography. No ballet shoes required for your first class. Please wear socks if you do not have ballet shoes.

Jazz: Beginner/IntermediateJazz is a dance class that starts with a basic warm-up and stretch then leads to progressions across the floor utilizing isolations and jazz techniques (kicks, turns and footwork). The class concludes with learning a choreographed combination. This class trains focus, control and coordination.

NiaNia is a barefoot movement class that transitions non-impact aerobics to a deeper level. Nia teaches students to learn to move naturally and systemically, engage the senses, and explore movement that is exhilarating and healing. Nia borrows from the martial arts, dance arts and healing arts, and is accessible to all fitness levels.


CIZE™It’s dance. It’s sweat. IT’S THE FUTURE OF EXERCISE. CIZE™ LIVE is professional dance for everyday people. This isn’t one of those dance workouts where you just shuffle your feet to the beat. Created by Shaun T, world- famous choreographer and fitness trainer, CIZE LIVE breaks down professionally choreographed dance routines, step-by-step, so that anyone can dance!

COUNTRY FIT Get fit while listening to country music! Country fit is an interval aerobics class with a country music twist. Work your entire body with this new class, and even learn to line dance!

HOT HULA fitness®HOT HULA fitness® is a fun, new and exciting dance workout. It provides a “total body workout” in 6o minutes. HOT HULA fitness ® isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with hip fitness workout.

U-JAM Fitness® – This is an athletic cardio-dance workout uniting world beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the world from old-school hip-hop to Bollywood with a workout that makes you sweat, tones your body, & leaves you craving more!

Zumba®This workout is a dynamic fitness program using Latin dance flavor. Come experience the exhilaration of moving your body to the rhythm of the music! This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly FUN!


Mindful Meditation Cultivate inner peace, self-compassion, and happiness in this guided meditation class. You’ll gain insight to your own mind, and get a fresh perspective on what truly matters to you. Learn to be more present, and fully enjoy life! Every level is welcome!

Guided Relaxation- This class will help you relax your body and mind with breathing and stress releasing techniques. Explore these techniques through different guided relaxation and visualizations. Take a moment out of your busy schedule to quiet your mind, reduce stress, and re-energize your body.

Tai ChiTai Chi’s gentle, circular movements help with relaxation, promote Qi and blood circulation and boost vitality. The class includes warm-up exercises, Qi Gong breathing exercises and Yang Tai Chi forms. The class environment is supportive, friendly and positive. Beginners and practitioners of all levels are welcome.

Tai Chi for ArthritisThis class helps people with arthritis to improve balance and flexibility both mentally and physically. Additional benefits include improving relaxation, vitality, posture, and immunity. All levels are welcome.



Yoga is a moving meditation practice that emphasizes breath, flow, balance, flexibility and strength through performing a series of specific poses.  Yoga is practiced in bare feet in all Studios. Yoga mats are available based on availability each in studio.

Intro to Yoga Flow This is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga or want to refresh/relearn the fundamental building blocks of the yoga practice. In this class there is an emphasis on alignment, building strength, pacing and breathe. Instructors take special care to ensure students are moving safely and feel comfortable and welcomed in each class. This class prepares students for all Yoga classes.

Ashtanga Half PrimaryA playful flow of the Ashtanga Primary Series. Many of the more complex postures are removed to allow for completion of the series in a shorter time and make it more accessible to students of all levels. Modifications will be offered for postures throughout the sequence.

Ashtanga Full PrimaryThis class covers the full primary series of Ashtanga. This STRONG sequence of postures utilizes ujjayi breathe and bandhas (energy locks) to increase muscular strength, flexibility and concentration. Recommended for students with some experience of Ashtanga or a Power Yoga class.

Get Sculpted Yoga – This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group. The workout focusing on stretches based on the practice of yoga and uses weights to strengthen muscles while bringing flexibility to the body and mind.

Morning Flow Yoga – Energize your morning with Yoga. This uniquely sequenced class will rejuvenate your whole body with gentle stretches and yoga poses paired with breathing and relaxation techniques. All levels welcome.

Power Yoga – Challenge your yoga practice with this class. This practice is very physically demanding because of the constant movement from one pose to the next and the emphasis on daily practice. This class is based on the flowing style of Ashtanga and incorporates many different postures and sequences.

Restorative Yoga – Experience inner peace through this Yin Yoga-inspired class. Gentle yoga postures, restorative breathing exercises, and meditation come together to harmonize your body, mind and spirit.

A great place to start if you are new to yoga, all levels welcome!

Rise and Shine Yoga – Enjoy the many benefits of an early morning yoga practice. This class will center your mind, and build strength and stamina through an invigorating flow of breathe and constant movement. You’ll feel energized and at the same time, calmly focused for a successful day.

All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow – A style of yoga focused on maintaining awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.

Vinyasa Roll – Ready to flow and roll? Experience fluidity of movement and breathe as you progress through a series of postures that balance, strengthen and align your entire body. This class moves at a gentle pace and emphasizes slow, sustained movement aligned with meditative breathing. Complete class with a gentle foam roll to release tight muscles, facial adhesions, and improve blood flow.

Yin Yoga The practice of Yin is a practice of surrender. Poses are held for long durations, 2-10 minutes, which allows for a deeper opening, beyond the muscles and into the connective tissue of the joints. The physical focus is more on flexibility than strength. The sequences are set to slowly unfold deeper into the body. The practice is a more restorative one and is open to all levels of students. This class is well suited for people recovering from injuries or just returning to yoga.

Studio Reminders For Your Safety & In Consideration of Others

  1. Please mention any physical limitations to the instructor prior to the start of class.
  2. When entering a class late, please respect other members by entering quietly in the back of class.
  3. Wait until one class is over before entering the studio for the one that follows.
  4. If you will be leaving class early, please inform the instructor and exit before any final quiet time.
  5. Refrain from walking through the Fitness Lab, Studio 2, and the Yoga Studio while class is in session.
  6. Classes like Cycling, Strength & Conditioning, and Yoga require some equipment, plan accordingly to setup and help to return and clean equipment after class.
  7. If you bring your cell phone to class, please make sure it is on silent mode and take all phone calls outside of class.
  8. Please respect other member’s workout and save conversations for after class.
  9. Please dress appropriately for the class you’re taking. Shoes need to be on your feet in all classes except HOT HULA fitness®, Nia, Pilates, PiYo®, Stretch, and Yoga.
  10. Refrain from wearing or applying any excessive ointments or scents prior to classes.
